Nat was born and raised in Chiang Mai and graduated with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. She has worked for luxury hotels and cruise lines abroad for over 12 years in many European countries including Hungary, Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland and Germany.

After her time abroad, She spent the time for teaching languages in many educational institutions and worked for several years for a volunteer placement organization as a volunteer coordinator.
 

She is committed opening the Thais rich culture to visitors all while motivating locals to preserve their traditions and local wisdom by providing acces to information, from small to large details, to all curious visitors..

Roland has 35 years of global marketing and general management experience. Lived as a citizen of the world, he studied and worked on several continents from Europe to the United States, the Middle and the Far East.
 

Over the last 10 years, he engaged as an independent coach and consultant with focus in the field of consumer insight, marketing strategy brand positioning, marketing communication process management in a range internationally active companies.
 

Referring to his experiences in living, travelling, and working in several countries and cultures for many years he has in-depth understanding what Insight Tourism could offer to consumers inspiring us to generate ideas which Tour by Locals can deliver to clients searching for an authentic experience in Thailand.

Tonlew was born and raised in Chiang Mai. Spending time with her great-grand mother who had lineage here in this region, allows Tonlew to receive and learn a lot of beliefs and local wisdom knowledge.

Tonlew is interested in Lanna Thai culture especially in arts. She has created a virtual world by focusing on Lanna Thai art in one of the world famous 3D Website by placing a small Lanna village there and let the world recognizes our heritage via the computer graphic.

Moreover, she also loves to spend her time to guide you how to carving the fruits and vegetable and also to providing a course for Thai desserts for you if you wish to experience.

Dew, young generation who  learns and gains a lot of knowledge and experiences about folk beliefs and rituals from his family and also by assisting his father, a community leader who always there for organizing most of the special and important events that concern to the religion (Buddhism) and also the daily's life of the locals.

As he is studying in English major and loves to share, talk and discuss about people's life, this allows him to exchange all his knowledge about the way's of locals life with other people from all around the world.

Na is responsible for keeping the office organized and also keeping an eye on our website and any other social media sources.

Just like us, he aims to contribute to the locals with all his knowledge he has just because he was very closed to the rural life since born and wants to help by bringing benefit to local communities.

She graduated and earned a degree in Computer science but she rather spends her time in learning about coffee and bakery.
